FEATURED AMENITIES:

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with its own outside grille. Electric and hot water are included however there are no washer/dryers. Guests bring their own linens and towels, both beach and bath. There are plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Cottages are not heated but space heaters are available. As much as we’d like to order up warm summer weather, it can be chilly at times so bring a sweater!

Each cottage has a TV with a DVD/VCR player, magazines & games.

In the town of Goshen (a 5 minute walk) you’ll find a Library, post office & General Store. Need Wireless access? At the library, (inside on their computer) or outside the library on your laptop!

1. At all times your pet MUST be on a leash on the property. There are many places to go off the property to let your dog run free, but this rule must be respected here at all times. We would be happy to share info on leash-free places for your dog upon your arrival.
2. At the waterfront your dog MUST also be leashed in consideration of all. If there is incessant barking you may be asked (by the owners or other guests) to bring your dog back to your cottage. UTMOST respect and priority will be given to all human guests first.
3. ALL poop must be cleaned up by you and NOT disposed of in the cottage trash containers. Take it with you on an outing and dispose of it off the property. In light of trying to be ‘greener,' if you dog poops in the woods far off the beaten foot trail, let it be! Another option is to bring your scooper and put the poop in the woods AWAY from the lake.
4. Please, under NO circumstances should you leave your dog tied to a tree unattended. Dogs can get themselves wound up, overexerted or dehydrated in the summer heat.
5. At no time are we responsible for your pet and expect the dog owner to take total care and responsibility of their dog at ALL TIMES.
6. Dogs MUST be on flea and tick medication (Frontline or such).
